Yes, all of our products are paraben and cruelty free.
Our products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is highly advisable to seek medical consultation beforehand.
Our product range caters most Filipino skin tones. For inquiries on shade matching our foundation and concealers, you may say hello and drop by our Instagram @teviant. We’ll be more than happy to assist!
Our products are generally safe and work well on all skin types.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND LOGISTICS
We do not issue refunds at the moment, but we’ll be happy to offer a replacement if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or order. Kindly report it within 2 days after receiving the product/s. We are unable to process replacements for change of mind reasons since these are cosmetic products and take hygiene into account.
We may only change shipping addresses for orders placed on our website if still unfulfilled; please contact hello@teviantbeauty.com immediately. We may not change it once packed and picked-up by our courier.
Kindly allow us to process your order within 24-48 hours max. After an order is handed over to the courier, please anticipate a delivery time of 2-3 days for Metro Manila and nearby provinces, or within 7-10 days for Visayas and Mindanao region.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is shipped; a tracking number will be provided in that email. Head over to the courier’s official website to track your order.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

ORDERS
We may only cancel an order if still unfulfilled. Otherwise, late notice of order cancellation may not be granted as it may already be handed over to our courier. Thank you for understanding.
We offer same-day deliveries for direct orders. How does this work?
Step 1: Message us on Instagram or Facebook @ Teviant. Please provide your order in detail including the quantity of each item. Cut-off for orders is only until 3PM from Monday-Friday.
Step 2: Send us your payment via BPI or Gcash. We will provide the details of each payment. Kindly send a proof of payment.
Step 3: The customer is to book and pay for a courier of her choice (ex: Grab/Lalamove). Kindly provide your full name and address to the delivery rider for us to confirm the details.

PAYMENT
We accept debit/credit cards and Gcash. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment; as an alternative if using COD, you may use our Shopee or Lazada platform. Thank you for understanding.
PHYSICAL STORES
Yes, you may find our kiosks at the department stores of SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Makati, SM Clark and LOOK at SM Aura.
